Coach J.T (Julian Turner) grew up as a 3 sport athlete playing football, basketball & track and field. He went on to play college football at Minnesota State University – Moorhead & graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science & double minored in coaching & Strength & Conditioning.
Currently resides in Santa Monica, CA as a personal trainer & movement performance specialist. Most well known for his wide variety of training specialties which include: kettlebell training, animal flow, physique (muscle building & weight loss), athletic performance and mindful mobility practices.
Coach J.T takes great pride in making sure each of his clients develop a strong mind to body connection to ensure that they stay injury free all while pushing their mental and physical capabilities to new heights.
JT and I have been training together for several years. He is the most knowledgeable and professional trainer I have ever had. My personal goals are always top of mind for him. The best part is every workout is different and challenging. I owe my physical accomplishments to him.
I have been a client of JT’s for over three years & I have had incredible results from his expertise.
